PilotGo is an assistant for workshop owners: a digital employee that acts on your behalf. It answers calls while you are working under a car, records conversations and agreed details, books appointments, finds parts and sends customers text messages. It does not just answer questions; it gets work done, while you approve the important decisions. It is not a call centre replacing you, a job broker or diagnostic software. There is nothing to install: PilotGo runs in your browser.

Getting PilotGo running usually takes up to 10 minutes. Allow around 30 minutes for configuration and a short introduction. Once it is set up, you can keep talking to customers as usual while PilotGo records conversations and agreed details in the background.

You need a phone with Dual SIM or eSIM support, as the second SIM is used to forward calls to PilotGo. The number your customers know stays the same. You can also use a landline number forwarded to the workshop's mobile phone. There is nothing to install: PilotGo runs in your browser. Basic costs PLN 159 per month, excluding VAT. An annual subscription costs PLN 1,599 per year, excluding VAT, equivalent to around PLN 133 per month. Paying annually by bank transfer or BLIK costs PLN 1,999, excluding VAT.

Before choosing a plan, you can try PilotGo for 14 days with no payment card and no commitment. After 14 days, an online payment window lets you choose a plan and pay for your subscription.

No. You can start with the feature that solves your most important problem, such as recording customer calls and agreed details. You can enable other features later, when your workshop needs them.

Yes, if phone calls interrupt your work. While you are under a car, PilotGo answers and records who called and what they needed, so you already know the context when you call back. You can start with call recording alone and leave everything else switched off.

A regular bot answers questions. Pilot gets work done: it reads your workshop's data and carries out tasks. Say, “Kowalski is coming in tomorrow at 1 pm,” and Pilot will add the customer and vehicle if they are missing, create the appointment and give you a one-line confirmation. Ask, “What happened in the workshop today?” and it will bring together information from calls, appointments and customer records. You can type or dictate.

Yes. The voice assistant answers when you cannot, collects the information you need, saves a summary and notifies you by text message. You can call back already knowing what the customer needs. All calls are available in one place, with transcripts and summaries.

Yes. Pilot creates appointments when you ask, including the vehicle, customer and work to be done. Before rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, it explains the change in one sentence and waits for your approval. Appointments appear in the workshop calendar and Google Calendar.

Yes. Simply type or say, “Find brake pads for the car with registration WX 12345.” Pilot finds the vehicle in your database or looks up its VIN in the register, selects compatible parts and shows offers from distributors. You do not need to find the VIN yourself or copy part numbers. You decide what goes into the estimate.

Yes. Pilot adds selected parts to an estimate, updates item quantities and prices, and records the work to be done in the appointment. You can download the finished estimate from the dashboard as a PDF with your workshop's logo and details.

Yes. Tell Pilot whom to contact and what to say. Pilot drafts a text message, such as a request for a VIN or an appointment reminder. You review it and confirm before it is sent. The message appears in the customer's contact history.

Yes. Take a photo of the registration document, vehicle identification plate, windscreen or number plate, and Pilot will read the VIN and add it to the conversation. You do not have to copy all 17 characters. You always approve the result.

Yes. Pilot learns your preferences, such as when to ask for approval and how to present answers, and applies them straight away. Each team member has their own preferences.

A customer can ask to speak to a person at any time. The assistant collects the key information, saves a call summary and notifies you by text message. You can then call back already knowing what the customer needs.

The assistant collects the key information and follows an agreed call flow. You can adjust its communication style and questions to suit your workshop. If the situation requires a human decision, the call is summarised and you receive the information needed to follow up.

You choose the greeting, for example: “Hello, I am the virtual assistant for workshop X.” A customer can ask to speak to a person at any time, and you receive a text message with the call summary.

Yes. PilotGo integrates with Motowarsztat, Warsztat24 and Google Calendar, and with parts distributors including Inter Cars for parts selection. Appointments booked in PilotGo appear in your existing software, so you do not have to maintain a second calendar. If you use other software, you can run PilotGo alongside it. Yes. Forward calls from your landline number to the mobile phone used in your workshop. PilotGo can then handle calls to that number. Your number stays the same, and customers keep calling as before.

PilotGo works with numbers from Poland's major mobile networks, including T-Mobile, Orange, Play and Plus. Call forwarding usually works without additional complications on a monthly mobile plan. If you use a pay-as-you-go phone, check your network's call forwarding terms and charges.

Yes. PilotGo processes data in line with GDPR requirements and stores it in data centres within the European Union. A recording notice plays automatically before the conversation. You choose whether every caller hears it or only first-time callers, and you can change its wording. Details of processing rules, retention periods and user rights are available in the Privacy Policy.

Your workshop's data belongs to you and is kept separate from other workshops' data. As the owner, you can download a package containing your workshop's data from the privacy settings. The data is stored in the European Union.

Not if you add the number to the list excluded from analysis. Calls from those numbers, such as family members, your accountant or suppliers, are not recorded, transcribed or analysed. You can enter the number in any format.

You decide. You can give staff their own accounts with limited access and choose who can see recordings and customer data.
