We're building Pilot, an AI employee for workshops. From Gdańsk, for Europe.
Independent workshops service most cars on the road, yet most available solutions were built for large networks and dealerships. We are building a product that adapts to the way a workshop works, rather than making the workshop adapt to technology. It saves time on routine tasks so the team can focus on customers and repairs.
Three beliefs that guide us
Technology should adapt to the workshop. Not the other way around.
Pilot helps with daily work without asking you to change your habits or learn another complicated system.
AI should help people, not replace them.
Pilot is an extra pair of hands for your team. It takes care of routine tasks so mechanics can focus on what they do best.
Technology with a global impact can be built in Gdańsk.
We build technology around the real challenges workshops face. We believe solutions developed in Poland can change how workshops work around the world.
Where we are today
Our roots
Gdańsk. We combine experience in telecommunications and AI with a practical understanding of how workshops really work.
Market
Around 24,000 independent workshops in Poland and 250,000 across Europe. Existing systems were mainly designed for dealerships and for managing work. We are building an agent that helps get that work done, taking over routine tasks and saving the team time.
A new chapter
September 2026, on the Autoland stage. For the first time, we presented Pilot as one coherent product solving a specific workshop problem, rather than three separate features.
Our pace
New versions of Pilot reach users every week. We test, ship and improve the product quickly, based on workshops' real needs. We publish every change in our changelog.
